Hello, I’m Sarah. Welcome to my kitchen! Here you will find my tried and true recipes which use whole foods and simple ingredients. My recipes are (mostly) gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and most importantly, delicious! I believe food is the truly the best medicine and that a diet made up of whole foods, lots of protein, and limited sugar will aid in overall health and longevity. After years of feeling less than optimal, I made some key changes to my diet and have established many fantastic recipes along the way. My goal is to share recipes that encourage optimal health and well-being through everyday cooking. Enjoy!
